The Martinez: time to get old school! A classic cocktail of which the origin might even go back to the 1860’s. First published in O.H. Byron’s The Modern Bartender in 1884, and often named the Father of the Martini. An elegant cocktail, with a little flair of the Caribbean but enough spirit to get your kick on.

  • 50 ml Rutte Dry Gin
  • 25 ml Baron Vermouth
  • 5 ml Curacao liqueur
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

Stir the Rutte Dry Gin, Baron Vermouth, Curacao Liqueur and orange bitters and strain into a chilled, elegant coupe.

Garnish with an orange zest and dance the night away!
